• For the total project worth more than 10 Lakhs INR, There will be an initial discussion over the advance for the services and the number of parts of payment. You will get details according to the discussion about the advance and the parts of payment via invoice.

 

 

1. Delay and Extra payment:

 

• In case of any delays on the project from the client's side, the clients are only responsible for resources used for the delayed time. Ormspace will charge extra payment for the delay with the final payment.
• Ormspace have a good relationship with its clients. Hence, Ormspace provide two remainders and a reasonable time. After that Ormspace will consider it as a delay from a client.

 

1. Cancellation and refund:

 

• If there is no response from the client, Ormspace will cancels the project, and Ormspace will not refund the advance payment.
• Our services you opted for will not be provided and resources used and purchased for projects after the cancellation belongs to Ormspace.

For our services in Logo designing, graphics designing, video editing, video production, video creation, banner making, template making, brochure designing, annual report making, id card making, visiting card designing, and Social media promotion,

 

1. Advance payment:

 

• Ormspace takes 50% of the total project worth as an advance.
• Ormspace will gives two options for our design patterns and templates and will give 5 times small change or update options on the selected design.

 

1. Extra payment:

 

• If the client changes the design pattern more than 5 times or asks for more options, the client may have to pay more for the extra option or changes that occur more than 5 times.

 

1. Cancellation and refund:

 

• If the project is canceled due to delays from the client side, any material used or purchased for the project like designs, templates, etc., all belong to Ormspace .

For our digital marketing, Social media marketing, and marketing services,

 

1. Advance payment:

 

• Your total project worth will be taken as advance.
• The Marketing projects involve more points of view when it comes to the results. Ormspace gives the “expected results” in the quotation. The results Ormspace mentions are only approximate figures.
• Ormspace does not guarantee to give that result as it depends on the audience level and targeted audience.

• The client should know that if the expected result is not achieved, there will not be a refund. Because Ormspace spent our time and resources. Even if the result is less than expected, branding will happen for clients
